Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock availability, delivery method, and delivery address.
Delivery from Rollsroller normally takes place within 1–2 weeks. The subsequent delivery time from pickup at the Rollsroller premises to the final delivery address depends on the freight option selected during checkout.
If there are any deviations from the normal delivery time, you will be notified in connection with the order confirmation or retrospectively via a separate email. In such cases, you may of course cancel or change your order if the delivery time differs significantly from the expected delivery time.
If any of the products you order have a significantly longer delivery time than other items in the same order, we may in some cases ship the products separately. You will never have to pay more than the original shipping cost.
All deliveries are made according to DAP – Delivered At Place (Incoterms®). This means that Rollsroller is responsible for the transport risk until the goods arrive at the agreed delivery address. However, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, or other import-related charges required in the destination country.
If shipping damage or loss occurs during transport, we will replace the item or spare parts free of charge. In the event of a return shipment to us, the customer is responsible for the transport risk.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is damaged during shipping, we ask you to report it to us immediately. Visible damage must be reported no later than 3 working days after receipt, and hidden transport damage within 7 working days.
In order for the complaint to be handled correctly, you must keep the packaging, the address label, and any pallet that accompanied the damaged shipment.
FORCE MAJEURE
Rollsroller is not responsible for damage or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as legal restrictions, government actions, mobilization, war, seizure, currency restrictions, system errors, errors or delays from subcontractors, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades, or other similar circumstances that prevent or significantly complicate Rollsroller’s ability to fulfill its obligations except at abnormally high cost.
